1. Scope

These terms govern reservations made through this website, by telephone and by email with Golf Royal Hotel Tunis, 51-53 Rue Radhia Haddad, Les Berges du Lac 1053, Tunis, Tunisia. By completing a reservation you accept them.

Where a booking is made through a third-party travel agent or online platform, that party’s terms also apply, and their cancellation rules take precedence over ours.

2. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation containing a booking reference. A valid payment card is required to guarantee every reservation.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present photographic identification at check-in for every adult in the party.

3. Rates and payment

Rates are quoted per room, per night, in Tunisian dinar, and include VAT and service unless stated otherwise. The tourist tax set by the Tunisian authorities is not included and is collected at the hotel.

The rate you pay is the rate confirmed at the time of booking. Rate conditions differ:

• Flexible Rate — no prepayment; charged at check-out.
• Best Available Rate — charged in full at the time of booking; non-refundable.
• Advance Saver — charged in full at the time of booking; non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellation and no-show

Flexible Rate reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge until 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, local time. Cancellations after that point, and no-shows, are charged the first night.

Prepaid rates are non-refundable in all circumstances, including no-show and early departure.

5. Your stay

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 300 TND applies where this is not observed. Pets are not permitted, other than registered assistance animals.

We may refuse or end a stay where a guest behaves in a way that endangers or seriously disturbs others, damages property, or breaches Tunisian law.

6. Liability

Valuables should be kept in the in-room safe or deposited at reception. Our liability for items not deposited is limited to the extent permitted by Tunisian law.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, civil disruption, strike action, or the failure of public utilities.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tunisia. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Tunis.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
